[WG: Sakai QA] Oracle 11g

Because Sakai 3 doesn't interact with the DB directly and instead uses
jackrabbit we should be able to use any of the dbs that jackrabbit
supports, their site lists: Apache Derby, H2 Database Engine, MySQL,
PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle 10 or newer, and Oracle 9 as the
available PersistenceManagers.  I don't know if the "Oracle 10 or newer"
PM supports 11g.  Of the listed PMs we've successfully tested Derby and
Oracle 10.  A few people have showed interest in getting MySQL working,
but I'm not aware of a successful test yet.
