[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 2.6.2 update (refreshed demo, src, bin artifacts)

I've refreshed the 2.6.2 demo, src and bin artifacts to correct  
the .externals issue (double entries for eb, ets and polls) spotted by  
David Adams.  The 2.6.2 source tag and release branch are also fixed.
