[WG: Sakai QA] RELEASE: sitestats-2.1.0-b02

Nuno and I have released sitestats-2.1.0-b02.  This beta release will  
be deployed with the upcoming Sakai 2.7.0-b01 beta release.  Binaries  
are in the Maven2 repo.
