FINAL UPDATE

I've updated the sakai-2.5.x-qa branch .externals file to 2.5.x - 
r71358.  QA server admins supporting the upcoming 2.5.6 release should  
check out the branch and deploy it.

This refresh represents the final QA update.  Once I get the go ahead  
by QA I plan to begin generating 2.5.6 release artifacts later this  
week.

If all goes well 2.5.6 should be available on 18 January 2010.
