[WG: Sakai QA] 2.5.6 update: sakai-2.5.x-qa branch .externals refreshed (r70804)

I've updated the sakai-2.5.x-qa branch .externals file to 2.5.x - 
r70804.  QA server admins supporting the upcoming 2.5.6 release should  
check out the branch and deploy it.

This refresh represents what I expect to be the final QA update.  Alan  
Berg plans to run some tests against the branch (e.g., exercise the  
conversion scripts) and once he gives me the thumbs up I will create  
the 2.5.6 release branch, tweek the pom versions, update the release  
documentation and generate the 2.5.6 release artifacts.

If all goes well I expect 2.5.6 to be released no later than 15  
January 2010.
