Hi all,

SAK-15266/SAK-17943relate to unit tests. As bugs are removed from Sakai, when possible, we should add unit tests as well to give us some certainty that the issues are not reintroduced later. This gives us increasing coinfidence in the code over time. Therefore, when I see Jira's with unit tests in, I feel that they should go as quickly as possible into the code base. When I have time, the branches will be built with unit tests running and blame emails sent out.
