[WG: Sakai QA] Jira: msgcntr-2.7 resolved issues (Sakai Project)

Bryan, Megan--can you review the 32 resolved issues for the old Forums  
component (Sakai Project) and close those issues that have made it  
into a msgcntr alpha tag.  If the issue can be closed please update  
the fix version to sakai-2.7.0-b01 (even if the fix was deployed with  
one of the earlier Sakai 2.7.0 milestone tags).  If not but you expect  
the fix to go into the next msgcntr alpha/beta tag that will be  
deployed with sakai-2.7.0-b02 please update the fix version to  
sakai-2.7.0-b02.

I'm working on Jira clean up for sakai-2.7.0-b02 and could use some  
help on reviewing 400+ 2.7-related resolved issues.
