[WG: Sakai QA] Jira: common-1.0 resolved issues

Steve--can you review the 6 resolved issues for common and close those  
issues that have made it into a common 1.0 tag.  If the issue can be  
closed update the fix version to sakai-2.7.0-b01 (even if the fix was  
deployed with one of the earlier milestone tags).  I'm working on Jira  
clean up for sakai-2.7.0-b02 and could use some help on reviewing 400+  
2.7-related resolved issues.
