[WG: Sakai QA] TAG: sakai-2.6.0-rc02 is cut

I've cut the sakai-2.6.0-rc02 tag.  You can check it out at

https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/tags/sakai-2.6.0-rc02/

It is ready for installation to QA servers.

[INFO] rc02 issues addressed:

[WARN]  a number of issues are not addressed in rc02 and are slated  
for sakai-2.6.0-rc03.  The current list of issues are Websphere- 
related but the list remains tentative at this point as it could well  
change if other blockers are uncovered.
