Note to those running the conversion script manually there were some
additional columns and a clob conversion for oracle that was previously
discussed on the dev list for mail archive. (SAK-16463) For mysql, it should
run and convert without any problems. For oracle, there is a note in the
conversion script concerning how to check and fix possible invalid indexes
after running the conversion.
There is also a shell script conversion for mailarchive that I'm nearly
simplifying with that would be useful if someone else could run once I
finish it. (SAK-16554)
