[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 2.5.5: turning off search

I plan to disable search in the demo sakai.properties since HSQLDB  
does not handle transactions.  What about the default sakai.properties  
file in /component?  Search is stealthed in 2.5.  Makes sense to me to  
disable it but you tell me what you think is best.

#enable search, set to false to disable (true is the default setting)
search.enable=false
