[WG: Sakai QA] Unavailability of Oracle nightly and qa3-us on 12/29 and 12/30

Hey folks,
Just a heads up that the oracle nightly instance and qa3-us will be unavailable from approximately 4pm EST on 12/29 until approximately 10:30am EST on 12/30.
The database is being moved to IU's new data center so will be offline until the move is complete.
I'll send out a reminder again closer to the move date.
