[sakai-pmc] Google Summer of Code 2015

Hello,

I was reminded earlier today that the organizational application period for
GSoC 2015 is now open. Do we any interest in applying to participate for
2015? We were rejected last year, but I willing to fill out the paperwork
and administrate.

Applications are due by 19:00 UTC on 20 February.
