[sakai-pmc] Proposal - Remove Axis Web services from Sakai

I got a question off list. Someone asked if the Wiki tool is dependent on
Axis services and if would be impacted from this change. My assumption is
that it doesn't but want to double check.

rWiki is still good after this change?
