[sakai-pmc] Agenda for Open Apereo?

I plan to put up a Confluence page on Monday that provides a strawman
agenda, once I touch bases with Seth, Chuck and Steve.  I anticipate that
the page will include a comment section where folks can suggest additional
agenda items.
