[sakai-pmc] LAST CHANCE: PMC pre/post conference meeting poll

The final results of the poll are below in order of popularity (most to
least - only PMC members counted):
Wed afternoon (last day of conference) - 9
Sun afternoon (pre-conf) - 8
Thursday (post-conf) morning - 7
Thursday (post-conf) afternoon - 6

Handing it back to the Chair/Vice Chair now since I am at a conference
the rest of this week.
