[sakai-pmc] Committer proposal - Bob Long

Hi PMC,

Between the ticket and the Infrastructure group email, so far we have 
had two  +1's on this proposal, from Sam Ottenhoff and Steve Swinsburg. 
No concerns raised so far.

Proposal:

Request commit access to Core Team projects for Bob Long

Time frame:

Please voice any concerns by Monday, March 17. That is the cutoff date 
for any concerns related to the proposal.

Process:
A material objection raised by a Sakai PMC member will block this 
proposal.  Silence equals consent. Please remember that this is a public 
list.
