[sakai-pmc] Other opinions about KNL-1196

I'm having a discussion with Aaron on
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-1196 about sorting the list that
comes back from the filesystem before creating the classloader from it.

Does anyone else have any opinions about the behaviour?
