[sakai-pmc] Keitai Backport for Polls

Hi all,

Would anyone mind if I back ported the work done for Project Keitai on the polls module, back to 2.8?
The work was done here: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23668

It was simply a consolidation effort to pull it all into one provider.
