A first attempt to summarize the Sakai Survey and the SQL data from this 
year's Tools survey.

Events rollup summary from SQL
Tools placement from SQL
Tools survey from SurveyMonkey
Sakai tool comments - extracted the comments (optional entry) per tool, 
plus all the answers on the LTI question.
