[sakai-pmc] Update on Stack Exchange sites

Hi all,

Quick update. We are getting there! The Sakai site is powering along and
the Apereo site is not far behind. We have quite a few questions voted up
to 10, and some are past 11, so what we need is for PMC people to visit the
sites regularly and check on the votes. If you have voted for a question
and its now past 10, then change your vote to one that is a bit lower so we
get more questions up votes. Dodgying up the numbers maybe but the > 10
votes are just wasted at the moment.

Also, if you haven't yet signed up or exhausted your votes, please do so.
It would be great if you could cross promote this amongst your organisation
too. Feel free to use the other email I sent as a guide for what we are
trying to achieve.

Once we get past this hurdle we need to get through the commitment phase
which means people visiting and posting regularly so we are going to kneed
to get a decent number of people on the site, not just the minimum.
