[sakai-pmc] Confluence cleanup AGAIN

Yikes!

Fwiw, I got a license for a plug-in which gathers metrics on site usage 
and it is installed in our Confluence. I have not had time to read up on 
it and figure out what might be a good workflow to systematically prune 
things down.

If anyone would be interested in working on this with me, that would be 
potentially motivating for me. :-)   Let me know.
