[sakai-pmc] Status of new Sakai website

Hi ,

The website is ready to launch. The two blocker issues are DNS update 
and memory issues on the host server. They are both being worked on.

The website is looking good, though not 100% perfect, there are some 
gaps. After launch we will need to continue to work on making 
incremental improvements. Much, much better than current site, imho.
