Hi PMC,

I've taken some additional feedback and incorporated it into the survey. I'm thinking about deleting question #10. Not sure yet. I tried to tweak the wording of questions so that they are less "jargony".  I think running it by a non-technical person or group might be a good idea before launching, but first I want to get the essence of it in good shape.
