[sakai-pmc] Apereo BarCamp plans

Last year I remember going over there in the morning, attending the Release
Management call and for the airport around lunchtime on Thursday. Most
likely I'll just do this again. I'd think any business we need to get done
we'd plan to do by Wednesday.
