[sakai-pmc] Apereo BarCamp plans

I didn't know it was a BarCamp, but I was 95% planning on going even before
I found out about this. I hope it's warmer than last year, being a few
weeks later.

Most likely catching a flight that will land around 8PM in Phoenix Sunday
night and one that will leave either Thursday or Friday afternoon. It felt
like leaving Thursday last year worked out pretty good.
