[sakai-pmc] FYI only - Confluence WebDav not working - Licensing

I was going to move all the CCLAs and the iCLAs over to the new repository, which is under an Apereo Google Drive by pulling the data out of Confluence with WebDav.

It doesn’t work on Windows 7, Cyberduck, or Mac OS 10.8 or later (I’m on 10.9).

Just an FYI. Re-thinking.
