[Building Sakai] SakaiPy v2 is out!

The Python based Sakai library I've made, SakaiPy is now at version 2 and should fully support Python 3.x now. 

It no longer needs the mechanize library to scrape sites and generate a session cookie. It fully uses the /direct RESTful API to generate the session/cookie information.
