[Building Sakai] UserID with no spaces nor special characters

Ok,

AFAIK "user-tool" allows to insert EIDs with spaces. You should do the 
changes in this tool (Do not allow spaces @ UI level). It's a pretty 
interesting feature, raise a Jira as a new feature :D
