Yes - these will continue to work exactly the same as always.   Morpheus still supports an iframe fallback when a tool is ill-behaved and those tool urls are what is placed in the iframe when Morpheus is told to use an iframe.

It is not likely that those will ever go away.  The frameless portal effectively is a large tweak on /portal/tool/placement-id Urls as it was in the PDA inlining code.  The frameless Morpheus is really more like a super-improved PDA portal than the Neo portal.
