[Building Sakai] test apis?

This is great I am able to get the list of all the tests within any site
using /direct/sam_pub/context/733e7576-31d1-4fca-a95e-88a767c74b92.json .

Is there any way that I can modify the description of the test or make the
test private by providing username / password to it.
