[Building Sakai] MORPHEUS is now default on Trunk

Hi,

Thank you Mark and Chuck for this amazing work that will let Sakai
UX improve a lot.
I would like to make a suggestion about RTL skin. I've seen that
MORPHEUS lets you generate a RTL (right to left) skin and by default
generates a LTR skin, I think this approach is wrong :(

     In this jira: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-25439

I uploaded a patch (for Sakai 10) that adds "dir" attribute in the
html (with rtl or ltr values depending on user's locale) and includes
skin modifications in CSS with a simple html[dir="rtl"] prefix.
Adding this to MORPHEUS will let users browse Sakai from right to
left or left to right depending on his locale but with the same skin (no
more rtl skin needed).

I guess that to achieve this behaviour in MORPHEUS, you need to add
the differences of MORPHEUS RTL skin in the default skin but with
html[dir="rtl"] prefix,
and also add "dir" attribute in html tag depending on locale
orientation.

Sounds good? Please let me know if you need any help and I'll do my
best.

Thanks !!
