[Building Sakai] Different actions when editing site info

Hi,

We have noticed that when editing the description of site via site info tool the antisamy filter is applied.  (PortletIFrame.processActionEdit)
When editing directly via edit page there is no filtering applied. (SiteAction.updateSiteInfo)

Before 2.9.4 there were some text processing (FormattedText.processEscapedHtml(description)) in PortletIFrame but that was removed in SAK-24335.
The same text processing is still in action in IFrameAction. doConfigure_update.

Is there any reason not to apply antisamy in PortletIFrame.processActionEdit?
