[Building Sakai] Does anyone know if the Turnitin sandbox website is working okay?

Hey,

I submitted a heavily plagiarized word doc to 
https://sandbox.turnitin.com/login_page.asp but got a 0% score back. The 
same doc gets a score of 98% on http://www.turnitinuk.com/. Has anyone 
received a non-zero score from 
https://sandbox.turnitin.com/login_page.asp recently?
