[Building Sakai] resources softly deleted configuration

Set bodyPathDeleted at org.sakaiproject.content.api.ContentHostingService to a
location in your file system in sakai.properties.

Example in default.sakai.properties
<https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/config/tags/sakai-10.0/configuration/bundles/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/config/bundle/default.sakai.properties>

bodyPathDeleted at org.sakaiproject.content.api.ContentHostingService
=${sakai.home}db/bodyContentDeleted/
