[Building Sakai] 403 Forbidden from MSub

Hi all,

Has anyone else noticed errors when trying to access MSub?  I'm not sure
when it started, but the whole SVN repo seems to require authentication
now:
     
     $ curl -sI https://wush.net/svn/sakai-svn
     HTTP/1.1 401 Authorization Required
     Server: openresty
     Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2015 02:31:30 GMT
     Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
     Connection: keep-alive
     WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Subversion Login"
