[Building Sakai] Roster Tool issue

Hi all

We are currently facing an issue with the Roster tool. When we access the
portal with the fully qualified domain name e.g *http://xxx.co.za/portal
<http://xxx.co.za/portal> *the Roster tool displays what the attached image
shows. *Please have a look at the attached image*

But when we access the portal using the IP address instead e.g
*http://127.0.0.1:8080/portal
<http://127.0.0.1:8080/portal>* the Roster tool works fine and displays all
the users of the current site.

Can anyone please shed some light on this issue.
