[Building Sakai] Sakai 10.3 on JBoss wildfly-8.1.0

Hi Moataz, currently Sakai is only supported by Tomcat servlet container.

As a Java application can work in other app servers (Like websphere) 
doing extra work, but there is no documentation and official support.
