[Building Sakai] Patch contributions

Hi Sakai-dev,

We have over 250 patches in unresolved tickets [1]. Now that we have Sakai
in Github [2] there is an opportunity to unlock the potential of your
contributions and to get credit for them! When you do a pull request, even
though someone else merges your contribution, you still get credit.
