[Building Sakai] cannot delete locked resource item

Hi, all:

We have a problem deleting resource or folder items in Sakai, and got the
following alert message:

Alert: The resource <resource/collection name> is locked and cannot be
deleted.

I have checked both content_resource_lock and sakai_locks tables, but
cannot locate any related records.

Any suggestions?
