[Building Sakai] Sakai 10.4 plan - first week February

Okay, yes. It would make sense if the provider of the patch can do the pull
request for trunk. The next step after trunk might be a bit more
complicated since we are not moving the 10.x branch from svn, just Sakai 11
and later are on Github, and from the ticket it sounds like the patch for
10.x will need to be different than the patch for trunk.

In this case, after the patch in trunk is verified, we can check with the
Sakai core team to review the 10.x patch and see if they can merge it in.
The 10.x patch should be clearly identified on the ticket so it is not
confused with the trunk patch.
