[Building Sakai] Help Translate in Sakai 10.x

Hi guys,

I'm translating the help of Sakai 10.x to Portuguese (pt_BR).
I found some help files in Sakai-10.x\help\help\src.
I wonder if to translate , I should just create the pt_BR.html files
and configure the file Sakai-10.x\ help\ help\ src\
sakai_toc\help.xml.
