[Building Sakai] External Tool Question

Hi Beth,

So basically I am trying to figure out what uniquely identifies an
institution.

I am currently running the Sakai Trial and it gives me the below message
when trying to setup a LTI 2.0 External Tool.
Alert: This server is not configured for LTI2. Sample configuration will be
used. Do not use sample data in production.
