[Building Sakai] Jira upgrade Saturday morning

Hi sakai-dev,

Jira will be upgraded from 6.1.7 to 6.2 Saturday morning, by 2 am Pacific
time/ 5 am Eastern/ 10 am GMT.

If you have a chance, please test it out and report any issues back to me
(not expecting any).
