[Building Sakai] MORPHEUS is now default on Trunk

Hi All,

I'm very pleased to announce that  MORPHEUS (Mobile Optimized Responsive Portal for Higher Education Using Sass) is now the default skin on Trunk nightlies!

It's been a big effort to get this into trunk and I'd like to thank all who have helped out and supported me — especially Dr Chuck.

Note: My Workspace has moved from the Sites Nav to the User Nav. It's been relabeled 'My Account'. This may take some getting used to but in User Testing it made more sense. It's still referred to as My Workspace in other parts of the code so will need to fix that!

Note: Some things are broken!
The 'More Sites' needs to be fixed and should be done in a few days.

The tools themselves need some work done to them to make them responsive. 

The tools have now been inlined and are no longer in iframes. This has caused some conflicts with the portal's CSS as the tools' stylesheets are now in the body of the page. We spent a good while namespacing the portal's markup and CSS to fix this issue. But some conflicts still need to be addressed especially when the tool has implemented bootstrap's (very opinionated) CSS.

There's still a lot of bugs and quirks but we want to open it up asap. You can start filing Jiras against Morpheus.
