[Building Sakai] How to register canonical course

Hello all,

I want to apply sakai to my university. Unfortunately I couldn't find GUI
of the canonical course registration. I read course management integration
<https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAKDEV/Course+Management+Integration>
tutorial
but it is using only API. Is there any GUI to register canonical course?
