[Building Sakai] problem with assignment submission

Hi,

I Have now come to the conclusion that one of our teachers have graded the submission by looking through the events table with some search parameters set. Although the time on assignment_submission and Sakai_Event isn't completely right. Sakai_event shows exactly on the minute one hour after the assignment_submission table. Now to my question. Could it be that somehow the grading have been done without our teachers/instructors knowledge?

A few of our teachers have a problem with a student submission in assignment tool. This is the assignment collected from the database assignment_submission table. The problem is that the student claims that he has gotten a returned submission with a grade. If you look below you can see that the submission have been turned in 20151501 and returned 201502190842 but when I check all the 4 instructors who have permission to do this (maintain) in the sakai_event table no one of them have been in there. Isnt that strange? This was my question to the Sakai_Event table and I did it for all four instructors:

Am I thinking wrong? Can someone please explain this to me?
