Hi all,

I've just submitted a pull request involving a change to the Polls tool. It
allows you to reset the votes on existing polls. I'm going to let it sit
there for a couple of days to allow people to comment on the code, then,
all being well, I'm going to merge it. This is part of some work I'm doing
on Oxford's behalf, getting some of their local, well tested mods into
master, basically.
