[Building Sakai] sakai 10.2 WebDAV not working on both Mac and Windows

thank you for your reply.
i cannot find any unusual things from the log.

Checking our server connection to LDAP -- communicating
Checking my credential to LDAP via ldapsearch -- positive result
Checking guest account to WebDAV connection (which does not need to LDAP
authentication) -- working

But I am still having WebDAV authentication issue with our school
credential with Sakai 10....

Does anybody have the same issue in Sakai 10 with Tomcat 7.0.57?
