[Building Sakai] sakai 10 casify

Hi Shaowei

In Sakai 10, integrating with CAS is pretty simple, just 2 steps.

1. Modify /fudan/login/login-tool/tool/xlogin-context.xml with proper 
CAS server information.
2. Put the file to %TOMCAT_HOME%/sakai
